To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on okbge, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable under any circumstance.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, commercial entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from okbge through self-exclusion, administrative suspension, or permanent ban, and you have not circumvented any such restriction through the creation of a new account.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of okbge, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person, for the purposes of betting or gaming on the platform.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

okbge reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last three months for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by okbge will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Players who become aware that a minor has accessed the platform using their account details are obligated to notify okbge immediately. Parents and guardians are reminded to keep their login credentials secure and to use parental control software where appropriate to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services.

All financial transactions on the okbge platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bet placements, and winnings settlements — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okbge does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion service is offered or implied.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits are processed during standard banking hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to the processing times of the issuing bank.

Withdrawal requests are processed by okbge after KYC verification is complete. Players with fully verified accounts may expect withdrawal processing within 10 minutes for mobile wallet methods during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. okbge reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds.

You must use a payment method that is registered in your own name. okbge will not process withdrawals to a payment method that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit without satisfactory written explanation and additional verification. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and may be treated as grounds for account suspension.

okbge reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account balance if verification is not completed within the timeframe specified in the withdrawal request notification. Reversed withdrawal amounts remain in your account balance and can be re-requested once verification is resolved. Minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, and daily limits are published in the Payments section of the okbge platform and may be updated from time to time.

okbge offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day, and any other offer explicitly communicated through the okbge platform.

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. These specific terms include, but are not limited to: the minimum qualifying deposit amount, the wagering requirement multiplier, the time period within which the wagering requirement must be met, the games or bet types that qualify toward the wagering requirement, the maximum bet size permitted while bonus funds are active, and any maximum cashout limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

General bonus conditions that apply across all okbge promotions unless otherwise stated are as follows:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Players must opt in to receive a bonus where an opt-in mechanism is provided. Bonuses not claimed within the stated claim period will expire and cannot be retroactively applied.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Real-money balance is used and potentially won or lost before bonus funds are applied, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• The wagering requirement must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. If a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• okbge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively disadvantage a Player who has already accepted a bonus offer in good faith.

okbge takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Players found to be exploiting promotions through any of the prohibited activities described in Section 5 will have their accounts closed and all associated bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings forfeited without appeal.

Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your okbge account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should ensure that any remaining real-money balance has been withdrawn. Pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed to the verified payment method on file. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Closure by okbge: okbge reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where it determines, on reasonable grounds, that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The Player is found to be under the age of 18 at any point during their use of the platform.
• The Player has engaged in any of the prohibited activities described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• The Player has abused a bonus or promotional offer in violation of the bonus terms described in Section 6.
• The Player's account activity is suspected of being associated with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The Player has filed a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to okbge without first contacting okbge to resolve the matter.
• The Player is accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Continued operation of the account is required to be suspended by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed by okbge for reasons other than fraud or terms violation, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to fraud, terms violation, or suspected criminal activity, okbge reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where appropriate, to retain and report such funds to relevant authorities.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the okbge platform ceases immediately. These Terms, to the extent that they impose continuing obligations (including but not limited to provisions relating to dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and intellectual property), survive termination and remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Disputes: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the okbge platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okbge platform shall first be referred to the okbge customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the dispute by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected]. okbge commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days of receipt.

Amendments to These Terms: okbge reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the okbge platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with the voluntary closure procedure described above.
